Frequently asked questions
For guests
What is a day-use booking?
You book a hotel room for a daytime window — for example 12pm to 6pm — instead of overnight. Same room, same amenities, a fraction of the nightly rate.
Is this an hourly hotel?
No. Every booking is a fixed six-hour window — morning or afternoon — in a hotel that also sells overnight rooms. ID is required for every guest, and you pay the hotel directly at reception.
How do I pay?
You pay at the hotel when you check in, in USD or LBP at the hotel's rate. No card is needed to book.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free until your slot starts unless the hotel states a different cut-off on its page. Use the link in your confirmation email.
What do I need at check-in?
A valid ID for each guest, and your booking reference (OODA-XXXXXX).
Can I use the pool and facilities?
Each hotel lists what is included with a day-use stay on its page. Most include the pool, gym and Wi-Fi.
For hotels
What does it cost a hotel to list?
Nothing upfront. OODA charges a commission only on guests who actually stay, invoiced monthly.
How do I manage bookings?
From your OODA dashboard on any phone: confirm, check in, mark no-shows, block dates and edit prices in seconds.
