Terms of use

Last updated: September 2026. These terms govern the use of ooda.online ("OODA"), operated from Jounieh, Lebanon.

1. What OODA is

OODA is a marketplace that lets guests reserve hotel rooms for daytime periods. The accommodation contract is between the guest and the hotel. OODA is not the accommodation provider.

2. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed when the hotel accepts it (instantly for hotels with instant confirmation). Payment is made directly to the hotel at check-in in the currency and at the rate the hotel displays. OODA does not collect payment from guests.

3. Cancellation and no-shows

Guests may cancel free of charge until the cut-off shown on the hotel page (by default, the start of the booked slot) using the link in their confirmation email. Hotels may record a no-show when a guest does not arrive.

4. Guest obligations

Guests must present valid identification for every person at check-in, respect the booked time window and the hotel's house rules, and provide accurate contact details.

5. Hotel obligations

Hotels agree to honour confirmed bookings at the displayed price, keep availability accurate, and pay OODA's commission on completed stays according to the monthly statement.

6. Liability

OODA provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the quality of the accommodation or for losses arising from a hotel's or guest's failure to perform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Lebanese law.
