What we collect

To make a booking we ask for your name, email address and mobile number, plus any notes you choose to add. We record the booking details, the time you made it and standard technical logs.

Why

To pass your reservation to the hotel, send you confirmation, reminder and review emails, let you cancel through a private link, and to keep the platform secure and improve it.

Who sees it

The hotel you book receives your name, phone, email and notes so it can host you. Our email provider (Resend) and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can opt out with your browser settings or extensions.

Retention

Booking records are kept for accounting purposes; contact details are removed or anonymised when no longer needed.
